Delivery

Our team works hard to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Please note delivery time frames begin from when you receive your shipping notification, not from when your order is placed on the GAZMAN website.

For all Australian orders under AUD $100, a flat rate of AUD $10 will be charged for postage and handling via standard shipping. For all Australian orders over AUD $100, we offer free standard shipping.

Please note, if you have entered the incorrect delivery address and you have already received your tracking number, the quickest way to redirect the parcel is via the AusPost website. Failing this, our team will attempt to redirect the parcel directly via AusPost during business hours, however, this may not be possible depending on where in the dispatch process your delivery is. If you have not yet received a tracking number, please contact our team ASAP during business hours.

Please note that during sale or promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified times above. 

New Zealand Delivery

For all New Zealand orders under AUD$150, a flat rate of AUD$20 will be charged for postage and handling via Air Express. Orders can be tracked online. New Zealand orders over AUD$150 receive complimentary shipping. 

Whilst the majority of orders are being delivered within the timeframes advised by Australia Post, some orders are being held at customs and some are waiting for available flights out of Australia.

In order to comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of each order and to mark them as “dutiable merchandise”, as such orders may be subject to additional New Zealand custom duties and/or other taxes. If applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local custom advisory website for more information.

*Please also note that all references to ‘free domestic shipping’ do not apply to New Zealand orders.

Tracking

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming your order. After your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number.

Authority to leave

Please note due to the safety measures that Australia Post has put in place to minimise risk, parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Regardless of whether you select Authority to Leave at checkout, your parcel may be left at the door or on your premise by the Australia Post driver.

GAZMAN cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen as a result of these temporary delivery safety measures that have been put in place by Australia Post.

Split Shipments

To ensure you have the best online shopping experience possible, we give online shoppers access to the full range of styles and inventory available across our entire store network. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages.  

If your order is being split into mulitple shipments, you'll receive a tracking number for each parcel and will be advised in the Order Shipment emails once your entire order has been fully shipped.

If you have entered the incorrect delivery address and you have already received your tracking number, the quickest way to redirect the parcel is via the AusPost website. If you have not yet received a tracking number, please contact our team as soon as possible during business hours.

Same Day Delivery - Powered by Rendr

We’re excited to offer fast and convenient delivery options, thanks to our partnership with Rendr.

Same Day Delivery

Same Day Delivery and 3-Hour Delivery is available to customers located within a 30km radius of select stores in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We are working on expanding the number of stores available for both Same Day and 3-Hour Delivery in the near future.

This service is available Monday to Friday during store hours (excluding public holidays).

Order Cut-off Times

2 hours before stores are closed for the day. For example, if the store(s) within your delivery radius close at 5pm, then Same Day and 3-Hour delivery will be available until 3pm.

Delivery Fees

The cost is a flat fee of $15 for both Same Day and 3-Hour delivery.

Service Limitations

Same Day Delivery is not available for PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Delivery Tracking and Updates

You’ll receive an email with tracking details from our delivery partner Rendr. Once your order is on the way, you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time through Rendr’s tracking system. Additionally, you will get SMS notifications to stay updated throughout the process.

Authority to Leave

If you order is under $500, Rendr has the authority to leave your parcel in a safe location at your address. If your order is over $500 and you are not available to collect, your parcel will be returned to the store it was dispatched from and we will contact you regarding re-delivery. If you provided authority to leave at checkout, Rendr will leave your parcel as per your instructions.

Click and Collect

Collect your online GAZMAN order from your preferred store, free of charge. Simply select your product and size online, and we'll let you know if your items are available for collection at your local store.

You'll receive a confirmation email and SMS when your order is ready for collection.

Please note that Click & Collect may be unavailable during major sales events and is available only to Australian customers.

When will my Click & Collect order be ready?

We aim to have your order ready within 24 to 48 hours. During weekends, public holidays, or busy sale periods, this may take up to 72 hours. You’ll receive an email and SMS once your order is ready to collect. Please wait for this notification before heading into store.

Is there a fee to use Click & Collect?

Our Click & Collect service is completely free of charge, with no minimum spend required.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting my Click & Collect order in-store?

Please have your confirmation email and a valid photo ID with you to collect your Click & Collect order, for identity verification purposes.

Can someone else collect the order on my behalf?

Yes, you can nominate someone to collect your Click & Collect order. Please email customerservice@gazman.com.au with their details before collection so we can notify the store. Your nominated person will need to show valid photo ID and the pick-up confirmation email or SMS when collecting your order. 

Can I change the collection store after placing my order?

Once an order is placed, the pick-up location cannot be changed.

How long will you hold my Click & Collect order?

We ask that you collect your order within 14 days of receiving your pick-up confirmation. Please reach out to customerservice@gazman.com.au if you need assistance. Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method after 14 days. We'll notify you via email if this occurs.

How can I return my Click & Collect order?

Our standard returns policy applies to Click & Collect orders. We can accept your return online or in-store within 30 days of collection. For full details, please review our returns policy here

Which stores offer Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is available at selected GAZMAN stores, with more locations being added soon. You’ll see which stores nearest to you offer this service at checkout.

Can I change my Click and Collect order to Delivery after I’ve placed the order?

Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to change a Click & Collect order to Delivery. If you’re unable to collect your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
