Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) each working day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
GAZ MAN uses Australia Post services for all deliveries. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature. Parcels cannot be left at the delivery address due to security purposes.
If you are not home at the time of attempted delivery, you will be left a card directing you to your local Post Office where you may pick up the parcel. You may be required to present proof of identity to claim your parcel.
Orders of $100 OR MORE will receive FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA.
For all Australian orders under $100, a flat rate of $10 will be charged for postage and handling.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
Orders of $150 OR MORE will receive FREE SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND.
For all New Zealand orders under $150, a flat rate of $20 will be charged for postage and handling.
The estimated delivery time for New Zealand orders is 8-10 business days. Orders are trackable online.
The prices quoted on our website are inclusive of GST, as this tax is applicable for all purchases delivered to addresses within Australia. Once the country ‘New Zealand’ has been selected as the shipping destination on the checkout screen, this tax will be removed from the price of the products.
In order to comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of each order and to mark them as “dutiable merchandise", as such orders may be subject to additional New Zealand custom duties and/or other taxes. If applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local custom advisory website for more information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming your order. After your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number.
You can then track the delivery of your parcel by visiting the Australia Post website and entering your tracking number.
GAZ MAN currently only ships to Australia and New Zealand.
