Shipping & Online Delivery Information

    Free shipping on Australian orders over $100. Free shipping on New Zealand orders over $150 (ex. GST). Express shipping within Australia is available for a flat rate of AUD$15.

    Orders placed before 12pm (AEDT) each working day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

    After your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

    International Delivery

    GAZMAN currently only ships to Australia and New Zealand.

    Free shipping on Australian order over AUD$100

    For all Australian orders under AUD$100, a flat rate of AUD$10 will be charged for postage and handling.

    Free shipping on New Zealand order over AUD$150 EX-GST

    For all New Zealand orders under AUD$150, a flat rate of AUD$20 will be charged for postage and handling.

    The estimated delivery time for New Zealand orders is 7-10 business days. Orders are trackable online.

    The prices quoted on our website by default are inclusive of GST. Once the country ‘New Zealand’ has been selected as the shipping destination on the checkout screen, this tax will be removed and pricing will be displayed exclusive of GST.

    In order to comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of each order and to mark them as “dutiable merchandise”, as such orders may be subject to additional New Zealand custom duties and/or other taxes. If applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local custom advisory website for more information.

    *Please also note that all references to ‘free domestic shipping’ do not apply to New Zealand orders.

    Express Shipping

    GAZMAN offers express shipping within Australia for a flat rate of AUD$15. We use Australia Post Express Parcel service. We endeavor to dispatch all orders placed before midday (AEDT) on the same business day and all orders placed after midday (AEDT) will be dispatched on the next business day. Delivery time frames begin from when you receive your shipping notification, not from when your order is placed on the GAZMAN website.

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming your order. After your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number.

    You can then track the delivery of your parcel by visiting the Australia Post website and entering your tracking number.

    AUTHORITY TO LEAVE VIA AUSTRALIA POST

    During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to decide whether you give Australia Post permission to leave your parcel in a safe place on your premises (Safe Drop), or sign for your parcel and if no one is present to sign you will be required to collect it from the post office.

    If you choose to give Authority to Leave ('ATL') permission during the checkout process your parcel will be left at the driver's discretion on your premises without a signature. GAZMAN cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen as a result of selecting the Authority to Leave option. Australia Post drivers will only leave your parcel in a location they deem safe, and if no such place is available your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

    When the Authority to Leave option is not selected during the checkout process your parcel will require a signature on delivery. In the event you are not available to sign for it, your parcel will be taken to the post office and a card will be left advising when/how to collect it.
