GAZCLUB Terms & Conditions
GAZMAN Pty Ltd ABN 56 789 496 568 and its related entities (referred to as GAZMAN, we or our) gives our customers (referred to as the Customer or you) the opportunity to join our GAZMAN Club Member Program (Member Program). By joining our Member Program you will be the first to know about our new arrivals, promotions and VIP events in store.
These GAZMAN Club Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the operation and use of the Member Program and any transactions and promotions arising from the Member Program.
Customers who join the Member Program agree to be bound by these Terms.
When you register online or in-store to the Member Program you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
GAZMAN may, at any time, review, amend, update or replace these Terms without notice to you in its sole discretion. Changes to the Member Program may apply retrospectively at GAZMAN’s discretion.

- GAZMAN reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Member Program or any aspect of it at any time without notice to you.
- In conducting the Member Program, GAZMAN may collect, hold and use your personal information that is covered by the Australian Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The way we deal with your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.gazman.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. - To be eligible to join the Member Program you must be over 18 years old.
- We will collect your personal information directly from you when you join the Member Program. When you join in-store, a GAZMAN staff member will record your full name and address and/or email address and/or phone number at the register. If you provide an email address you will receive an email from us confirming your Member Program account details.
- By joining the Member Program you consent to us contacting you to provide you with promotion or marketing information and to notify you of special offers.
- Family members or friends can expressly link purchases to your Member Program profile account. In such circumstances, we may provide details of your size, colour and style preferences to assist with any proposed purchase.
- We will take reasonable steps to confirm your identity at the point of sale. We may ask you to present your photo identification or ask you to confirm your name, your address or other contact details.
- When you make a purchase and we have identified you as being part of the Member Program, we will link the transaction to your Member Program account.
- Once a transaction is linked to your Member Program account, it cannot be moved, linked or credited to another person’s account.
- The benefits of linking your transactions to your Member Program account include ongoing communication as to new arrivals, promotions, and exclusive member sales, plus keeping a record of receipts.
- You may opt out of email communications at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing emails or by contacting our Customer Service team.
- You may end your membership of the Member Program at any time in-store or by contacting us at customerservice@gazman.com.au.
