GAZMAN Transparency

At GAZMAN, ethical sourcing is not just a standard - it is a fundamental commitment that guides every decision we make. As a family-owned business, we take pride in cultivating a high-quality, responsible supply chain, treating our manufacturers as valued partners and an extension of our family.

Modern Slavery

The Commonwealth Modern Slavery Act 2018 introduced Australia’s national Modern Slavery Reporting Requirement.

This requires certain large organisations to submit a yearly Modern Slavery Statement outlining the steps they are taking to identify and manage modern slavery risks.

At the GAZMAN, we remain committed to continually improving how we assess and reduce these risks across our supply chains.

We are focused on strengthening supplier oversight through regular engagement with our partners and increasing transparency throughout our sourcing network. This includes building capability within our sourcing and compliance teams through broader training, clearer policies and processes, and improved systems to support strong governance.

Gender Equality Statement

At GAZMAN, our We’re for Better program also reflects our commitment to creating a workplace that is inclusive, respectful and fair for all team members.

In the 2024–2025 reporting period, we submitted our first Gender Pay Gap report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency. This was an important step forward, giving us clearer visibility of where we stand and where we can continue to improve.

We recognise that meaningful progress in inclusion and gender equality requires ongoing focus. We are taking targeted actions to strengthen support for gender balance across every part of the business.

This commitment shapes our policies, informs our leadership approach and influences our day-to-day practices, ensuring fairness, openness and respect remain central to how we operate.

Supply Chain

GAZMAN sources its finished goods from manufacturers in Australia and across Southeast Asia.

We place a strong focus on supply chain transparency and manage a broad mix of suppliers through our central sourcing team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this team oversees supplier vetting, onboarding and ongoing management.

All finished goods suppliers are assessed using consistent performance measures, including independent audits, onsite visits by our teams, and general indicators such as product quality, delivery timelines and cost accuracy. We also monitor the length of each partnership as a sign of effective onboarding and productive long term relationships.

This information is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure our supply chain can meet current and future product needs, reduce the risk of human rights or environmental issues, and identify any potential modern slavery risks.
