Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for a refund or exchange, provided they meet our return conditions.
We’re able to accept your item(s) for a refund based on the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
- The item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with original tags intact.
- The return is requested within 30 days of purchase for in store purchases, and within 30 days of receipt for online orders.
- Due to health reasons, underwear or undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a genuine fault.
Returns by Post
Return your online purchase by post free of charge for a limited time. This applies to online orders delivered to an Australian address only. Steps to return your item(s):
- Send an email to online@gazman.com.au with your full name, order number. You’ll then receive a reply-paid label from us.
- Fill in the Returns Form you received in your original parcels and place this inside the parcel with the item(s) to be returned.
- Ensure the return parcel is securely packaged and both the sender’s address and the GAZMAN online return address is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.
Please note that purchases made in-store cannot be returned to our Online Warehouse and must be returned in any of our standalone stores. This includes purchases made in-store and delivered to your home.
We currently cannot offer exchanges for online orders returned to the Online Warehouse. We recommend returning your item(s) to the Online Warehouse for a refund and purchasing the correct size again on the website to ensure you don't miss out on stock.
If you would like your item(s) exchanged, please head into any one of our GAZMAN retail stores.
While we do our best to process returns as quickly as possible, please note that it may take up to 7 days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Returns to Store
You can also return your purchase to any GAZMAN standalone retail store for an exchange or refund. Simply bring your invoice or order confirmation email, credit card you paid with and a valid form of ID.

Please note that GAZMAN purchases made at any Myer stores cannot be returned to our standalone retail stores, and must be returned to a Myer store.
Afterpay Purchases
- Afterpay orders purchased online can only be returned to the online warehouse for a full refund back to your Afterpay account.
- Unfortunately, online Afterpay orders cannot be exchanged or refunded in-store.
International Returns
Postage costs for returns for online orders delivered to New Zealand are the responsibility of the customer.
- Fill in the Returns Form you received in your original parcels and place this inside the parcel with the item(s) to be returned.
- Ensure the return parcel is securely packaged. To avoid delays in delivery, we encourage you to use Registered Post so the items can be tracked. GAZMAN is not liable for the loss of an item that is in transit to our online warehouse.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you’ve received faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please email customerservice@gazman.com.au with the details and photos if these are available. Upon inspection of the photos, we’ll send you a reply paid returns label for the merchandise to be returned to us if there’s a genuine manufacturing fault or if a dispatch error has occurred. If you require more information about this process, please contact our Customer Service team.
