TERMS & CONDITIONS – GAZMAN $2,000 GIVEAWAY

1. Promoter
   The promoter is GAZMAN Australia Pty Ltd (“GAZMAN”).

2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Austin Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
   The competition opens at 20:00 AEST on 6 March 2026 and closes at 17:00 AEST on 13 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period:

• Follow @gazmanclothing on Instagram or GAZMAN on Facebook

• Like the competition post

• Tag at least one friend in the comments

Each tagged friend counts as one entry.

5. Valid Entries
   Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

6. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) GAZMAN voucher valued at $1,000 AUD

• One (1) Luxury Escapes voucher valued at $1,000 AUD

Total prize pool value: $2,000 AUD.

7. Winner Selection
   One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across Instagram and Facebook.

8. Draw Date
   The draw will take place on 13 March 2026.

9. Winner Notification
   The winner will be notified via direct message and/or public comment within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, GAZMAN reserves the right to redraw the prize.

10. Prize Conditions
    The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

11. Publication of Winner
    By entering the promotion, entrants agree that if selected as the winner, GAZMAN may publish their first name and state/territory on its social media channels.
