Terms & Conditions:

1. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter is Austin Clothing, trading as GAZMAN Clothing of 403 Tooronga Road, Hawthorn (ABN 56 789 496 568)(“Promoter”).

2. The Competition commences at 9:30am AEST on Tuesday 21 July 2020 and ends at 11.59PM AEST on Sunday 2 August, 2020. (“Competition Period”).

3. Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older and living in Australia.

4. Directors, management, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter and associated agencies, retailers, suppliers and companies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this Competition.

5. To enter, you must visit GAZMAN’s Instagram page (@gazmanclothing) and follow the page. You must also tag 2 friends, and tell us which outfit you prefer from the outfits provided

6. Participants may enter as many times as they like as long as the tagged friends are different in each entry.

7. Any costs associated with entering this Competition are the responsibility of each Entrant.

8. This Competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the Winner.

9. The Competition draw will be held at 403 Tooronga Road, Hawthorn East, 3121 by 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 4 August, 2020.

10. The most creative answer will be selected and will be deemed the winner and (“Winner”) will win:

a. 1 $500 GAZMAN Gift Card valid for 3 years from the date of issue and available to use at any GAZMAN retail store (not available for online or wholesale redemption);

11. The maximum total value of the Prizes awarded in this Competition is AUD$500.

12. The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

13. The Winner will be notified via Instagram stories and a private message will be sent on Thursday 6 August, 2020.

14. Once the Winner is notified, the winner will have until Tuesday 11 August, 2020 to make contact and arrange delivery of their gift card.

15. The Promoter will take no responsibility if a Winner's details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted.
