Returns

    We want you to be happy with the product you have purchased. If you are not 100% satisfied your purchase you can return your item/s in person to a GAZMAN retail store or by posting it back to our warehouse.


    • Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of order receipt.

    • All returns will be assessed and if accepted refunds will be processed using the original payment type. Credit card refunds will be processed against the original card used to make the purchase.

    • For health reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on the purchase of underwear unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault. We will accept the return of lined swim shorts as long as they’re unworn, were tried on wearing full briefs, and have all the original tags and packaging. All returned swim shorts will be assessed prior to any refunds being processed.

    • Returns GAZMAN is not liable for the loss of an item that is in transit to our online warehouse. It is recommended that you return your items using registered mail so you can track the parcel.

    • The cost of posting items back to the warehouse is at the expense of the customer, however the cost of postage for the exchange item will be covered by GAZMAN. In the event where you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item GAZMAN will cover the postage cost. We do not offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges, or order errors made by the customer.

    • GAZMAN items purchased from Myer or David Jones are subject to their returns policies and procedures and cannot be returned to a GAZMAN standalone retail store or the GAZMAN warehouse.

    • Orders placed through Amazon or eBay can only be exchanged in store. Amazon or eBay items requiring a refund must be posted back to GAZMAN Online.

    • Orders paid by Afterpay can only be exchanged in store for items of equal or greater value. The difference must be paid in store at the time of the exchange and cannot be added to your Afterpay payment schedule.

    • Orders paid by Afterpay cannot be returned in store for a refund and must be posted back to GAZMAN Online for a refund.


    EXTENDED RETURNS OVER CHRISTMAS

    We've extended our returns policy for Christmas. All orders placed from 15th November until 24th December can be returned or exchanged until 31st January 2019.

    RETURNS TO A GAZMAN RETAIL STORE

    You can return your online purchase to any GAZMAN standalone retail store within 30 days of your purchase.

    Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed and has the original tags still attached.

    Simply bring your receipt or invoice, and the credit/debit card you purchased the item with into store.

    Head to our Find a Store to locate your nearest store.

    Please note we cannot accept the return or exchange of GAZMAN purchases from Myer or David Jones stores. Orders placed through Amazon or eBay or paid for using Afterpay can only be exchanged in store for equal or greater value and cannot be refunded in store. Any differences will need to be settled in store at the time of the exchange and cannot be added to your Afterpay payment schedule. Amazon, eBay or Afterpay orders requiring a refund must be posted back to GAZMAN Online for the refund to be processed .

    Our Big Men's range cannot be exchanged in store, as our stores do not carry sizes 3XL, 4XL & 5XL. To exchange you will need to either return your purchase to a store for a refund and then repurchase the correct size on the website, OR, post the incorrect item back to our Online Warehouse using the instructions provided in your parcel and GAZMAN will ship the new size back to you at no extra charge.

    RETURNS BY POST

    We will happily accept goods, in original condition with tags attached for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.

    Please specify your required reason for return on the returns form (this was included in the parcel sent to you), and enclose the returns form and dispatch note with your merchandise in a parcel.

    Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both the sender’s address and the GAZMAN Online Returns address are clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery issues, we encourage you to send your parcel back by registered post.

    Please allow approximately two weeks from the day you return your package for us to assess and process your return.

    Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for posting items back to us.


    FAULTY GARMENTS

    If you believe your items have a manufacturing fault, we would like to hear from you.

    Please visit one of our GAZMAN retail stores within a reasonable timeframe with the faulty item for assessment. Our team will be happy to assist you.

    If you are unable to visit one of retail locations, please contact our customer service team on 1300 987 289 or email online@gazman.com.au to discuss your concerns and we will do our best find a suitable solution in either repairing or replacing the item.

    PAYPAL RETURNS - PAYPAL HAS YOUR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS COVERED

    *Up to 4 refunds per PayPal account on eligible purchases. A cap of $45 per refund request applies.

    The Service is available at no additional cost to PayPal account holders who have registered for it at www.paypal.com.au/returns.

    How do I make a Refund Request?
    To submit a Refund Request, submit a claim within 14 days of returning the item and attach required documentation, available at www.paypal-returns.com/hc/en-au/requests/new.

    If any document is missing, you'll need to submit it within 7 days of your initial submission.

    1. The completed online claim form submitted via www.paypal-returns.com/hc/en-au/requests/new;

    2. The confirmation email for your PayPal transaction or a screenshot of your PayPal account showing that the entire price was paid using your PayPal account and displaying the PayPal transaction ID; and

    3. A copy of your return shipment receipt that shows the amount you paid.

      • If you use a service that tracks shipment, the receipt should also show the seller’s address;

      • If you use regular post (with no shipment tracking), we also need a photo of the package showing the seller’s address.

    4. If the return costs were deducted from the refund of your item, we also need a copy of the refund email from the seller or PayPal, showing the amount refunded to you.

    Documents must be clearly legible and emailed to paypalaureturns@telusinternational.com. Please keep the original documents as you may be asked to provide new copies if the copies are not sufficiently legible.

    How will I be refunded?
    If your Refund Request is accepted, you will receive a refund directly to your PayPal account.

    How will I know if my Refund Request is accepted?

    PayPal will send you a:

    • confirmation of receipt of your Refund Request: Within 1 business day

    • notice of approval or rejection of your Refund Request: Within 5 business days from the receipt of your complete request

    • refund to your PayPal account: Within 5 business days from the notice of approval of your Refund Request
