How do I become a GAZ MAN Club member?
To become a GAZ MAN member simply click on ‘Create an Account’ and follow the simple steps. We can then keep you up to date with the latest exclusive GAZ MAN news, products and promotions for GAZ MAN Club members. By creating an account you will be able to proceed quicker through checkout, check the status of your orders, view past orders and flag your favourite items and share these with friends. Be sure to opt in to receive communication for us to ensure that you receive information on our new arrivals, promotions and sale events as well as additional GAZ MAN Club discounts on purchases.
What is the GAZ MAN Club?
By signing up to the GAZ MAN club you will be the first to know about our new arrivals, promotions and sale events both in store and online. As a GAZ MAN Club member you will also receive additional discount privileges on full price purchases throughout the year and our seasonal GAZ MAN catalogues showcasing our new collections. I have a GAZ MAN account but I can’t log in?
At the top of your screen you can ‘sign in’ to your account. You will need to enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘forgotten password?’ icon to be taken to a separate screen where you will be able to retrieve your password. If you are still having trouble signing into your account please contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page and we will investigate this for you.
I am having difficulty viewing your website?
If you are having difficulty when viewing our site, please check to see if you are running the latest version of your web browser software. If you are using an older browser version, some of the pages and tools on the GAZ MAN site may not function properly.

Is the GAZ MAN site a secure shopping site?
The GAZ MAN site is a secure site. We use “Thawte” as our secure online payment gateway. You can find out more about “Thawte” by clicking here.
Once you reach our Order Review & Payment step at our checkout you will notice the security lock on the right of the page. The “Thawte” security lock ensures your payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet.
GAZ MAN also offers Paypal as a payment option. You can select Paypal at our Order Review & Payment step, where you will be redirected to Paypal. You will need to login in with you pre-registered Payal login in details. Once you have confirmed your Paypal details you will be redirected back to the GAZ MAN site to place your order.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We do not accept Cheques, Travellers Cheques or Money Orders.
How do I know what size to buy?
If this is the first time you are thinking about purchasing something from GAZ MAN take a look at our Size Chart to gauge your ideal size. The size chart can be found in the footer of each page or on each individual product page. The measurements of our garments may vary depending on the particular fabric and styling. Please note we do offer both regular and tailored fitting items. Please keep an eye out in the product description for advice on which fit the item is cut in.
I saw a product in store but I cannot find it on your website?
We endeavour to stock everything in store on our online store as well. From time to time we may sell out online or in our store. If you have a particular item you would like to purchase please feel free to contact us and we can tell you where your most convenient store is located that may be stocking this item.
Are the prices on your website the same as in your stores?
Generally our prices will be the same online as they are in our stores. However at times we run specific promotion online where the prices may vary.
I have a promotion code. How do I use it?
As a GAZ MAN club member and account holder you will at times be supplied with a promotional code, which entitles you to special prices. At our Checkout please enter the promotion code at the Apply Code box. Once you enter the code your purchase total will be amended to reflect the updated purchase price.
During the checkout I forgot to apply my promotional code. What can I do?
If you have a promotional code with a special offer then we would really like you to enjoy the benefit of this. Please contact our customer service team via our ‘contact us’ page or call us by phone 1300 987 289.
Can I return an item I have purchased?
We want you to be happy with the products that you have purchased. But if you are not completely satisfied by what you have purchased you can send them back to us. Click on our link 'Returns' for more information. If you would like to exchange an item for different size you can do this by sending back the items to us. However if you would like to exchange the item you have purchased for another style we are unable to do this via our online store. For exchanges or returns you are welcome to visit one of our GAZ MAN retail stores to do so.
Can I return my online purchase to a GAZ MAN retail store?
Yes, you can return any GAZ MAN items purchased via our online store to one of our freestanding retail locations. Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. We accept return & exchanges for change of mind reasons within 30 days of your purchase. Just bring your receipt and the credit card you purchased the item with into store. Head to our ‘Find a Store’ to locate your nearest store.
Can I return my online purchase to Myer or David Jones store?
Unfortunately you cannot return any purchases made from the GAZ MAN online store Myer or David Jones. You can only return items to a GAZ MAN freestanding store.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
After you have clicked “Place Order” during our check out process our system has already begun to process your order. After this you cannot make any changes to your online order. If you would like to amend your order we will endeavour to do so if your order hasn’t already been shipped. It is preferable to contact our customer service team by phone 1300 987 289 to advise us of the change that you would like to make.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we use Australia Post for all standard Australian shipments. Australia Post offers a tracking service so you can easily keep track of your shipment. Click on our link Shipping & Returns for more information.
What if I find the item I have purchased is faulty?
We are very disappointed to learn that any of our customers has received a faulty item. We do our upmost to ensure that every product we sell is made in the best possible GAZ MAN quality. If you have received a faulty item at time purchase or after you have worn the goods, we would like to hear from you. Please visit one of our GAZ MAN retail stores and bring in the faulty item. Our team will be able to assist you. If you are unable to visit one of retail stores, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns and we will do our upmost to ensure that we replace or repair your item.
