Returns by mail

Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Send the box back to us registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for us to return processing. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Return to any Gaz Man store

You can return merchandise for 'change of mind reasons' to any Gaz Man store within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Just bring in your receipt and the credit card you used when you ordered. Please note that faulty goods should be returned within a reasonable time frame.
